A project designed for Telecom Italia which, in the spirit of providing its customers with well-made and versatile products, re-masters its company image with a line of line 90 cabinet covers called “Testarossa” (Redhead). The cases are made of aisi 304 sheet steel and are used to cover the Line 90 road cabinets, previously made in fibreglass.
The main door includes a small built-in panel to hold advertising panels and is locked via a “minilock”, while the “clack” lock is used to close the main door. Using the same key, the operator can therefore open both locks.
Furthermore, the smaller panel has built-in ribbing for LED lighting which turns on and illuminates the advertising panel at dusk thanks to a built-in light sensor.
The system’s roof is made of die-cast aluminium and painted red, hence the name “Testa Rossa” or “Red Head”.
The “Testa Rossa” mini-cabinet, also made of 304 sheet steel and sporting the red top and opened via a particular kit, can be used for various technologies and includes a mini-lock.
